Easy to build model ship

In the 1960s, Robert Newton, an American from Rhode Island, founded a shipyard in Hong Kong Bay. He manufactured sailing yachts and wooden yachts from famous architects' plans.  

The Grand Banks Heritage series was first built in wood and then, from 1974, fiberglass in the new Singapore plant.
