Plank Benders for Model Making

Giving a curved shape to wooden slats is necessary, especially for planking. Bending is done in the direction of the wood grain.  

The shaping with the bender is done on wet wood. The bender avoids the breaks of strips. It allows a fine adjustment edge to edge and on the frames.
